A Bit About Me
Everybody has a story, and here's mine,
Joined Royal Navy at the age of 16 and threw myself into everything, sports wise, turns out I was a pretty handy with my hands (Boxing) and not to shabby at 110 meter Hurdles either.
In 1984 I competed in the 1st ever London Triathlon (ELT) 1500 metres swim/ 48 Kilometres bike ride finishing with a 11 Kilometer run around the isle of dogs, East London.
Reached the Arm Forces ABA Championships in 1983
Trained with the Fleet Air Arm Field Gun Crew in 1984
And in 1987 started my Journey into Martial Arts and Karate in 1987
